Our Furniture Painting Process

  1. Pick up the furniture you would like to have painted.
  2. Remove the hardware from your furniture.
  3. Hand strip your furniture to remove the old finish.
  4. Neutralize your furniture to remove any impurities.
  5. Make all necessary repairs to your furniture.
  6. Gently sand your furniture as necessary.
  7. Apply multiple coats of sealer, scuffing between coats.
  8. Apply multiple coats of lacquer paint.
  9. Apply multiple top coats of finish in the sheen of your choice.
  10. Restore the hardware to its original condition.
  11. Reinstall the original hardware on your furniture.
  12. Deliver the painted furniture back to you.

How much do you charge for Furniture Painting?

Can you change the paint color of my Furniture?

Absolutely, we can match any look you love, just provide us with something to color match whether it is a photo or a door or drawer from another piece of furniture or a color number from a paint swatch.

Do you provide Pick Up & Delivery?

We offer a free Pick Up & Delivery service to all of our Furniture Painting clients. If you live more than 50 miles from our office in Chesterfield, MO additional charges may apply. Please contact us for details.

What kind of paint do you use?

We use lacquer paint which is a commercial product that when applied properly will give you a factory finish. Lacquer paint comes in flat, matte, satin, semigloss, and high gloss finishes in over 5,000 different colors.

Do you offer glazing, distressing, or faux finishing?

Yes, we can match any look you like. We offer a wide variety of custom finishing options including but not limited to painting & glazing, painting & distressing, faux finishing, & metallic finishes.
